Polish Rye

Traditional slowrise sourdough made with stone ground dark rye flour and a tough of molasses and malt syrup.
Available simply dusted with bran [VEGAN] or with an egg white wash and caraway seed finish.

Ingredients: spring red wheat flour, rye flour, whole wheat flour, water, poolish (water, flour, wild yeast), malt, sea salt, caraway seed, egg white.
